该电影背景设定在911紧急呼叫中心的一个早上。呼叫接线员乔·贝勒（吉伦哈尔饰）试图拯救一名危在旦夕的呼叫者，但他很快发现事实并非如此，而面对真相是摆脱困境的唯一办法。。该片主要讲述梁泓为寻回家之路，必须集齐五颗琉璃珠，却不小心“招惹”了五个男人，梁泓屡被“逼婚”，不但惹了一身绯闻，还从母胎单身一跃进阶女海王，成了建康城里的女版“韦小宝”。本想骗完就跑，却陷入一场阴谋之中。Three creatives team up to write a screenplay chronicling a string of murders in their town, but one of the three may be closer to the story than the others realize.。
