第二次中法战争结束，天津合约签定，刘铭传上报朝廷台湾建省，膺任台湾首任巡抚。但，战争疑云未曾稍减，原法国远东舰队总司令孤拔战死，继任者李士卑斯为雪国耻，为报总司令之仇，委派法国黑社会头子考纳斯，潜身入台，计划行刺刘铭传。 考纳斯联合在台的日谍、英人，多方对刘铭传下手，幸赖刘铭传身边有一群秘密的少年，为刘铭传排忧解难，并且多次粉碎了敌人的阴谋，最终，不但抓获了考纳斯，破坏了日本间谍组织，更保全了刘铭传的生命，以及台湾的主权完整。。An experimental nonfiction portrait of the Church of Satan, a worldwide, half-century old religion dedicated to the celebration of carnality and individualism that takes Satan as its central figure.
