风流成性的警察郭家伦和昔日的女友罗娜被上司分到了一组，罗娜对当年郭家伦和自己分手一事仍然介怀。一女学生跳楼自杀，有少女目击者向郭、罗二人反映看见坠楼者被一老婆婆推下楼并提供了画像。不久目击少女亦遭遇意外，大难不死之余在梦中见到了催人自杀的老人——“龙婆”。郭家伦在警局内得到线索：当年曾有一警员因调查类似连环疑似自杀案而罹患精神病，郭、罗二人随即拜访了这位昔日同行关德英。关德英透露了《自杀手册》的存在和见到龙婆的方法，目击少女最终自杀身亡。郭、罗二人放出关德英协助调查，他们发现一家书店和龙婆以及龙婆的《自杀手册》有关联……。Marie, an independent and militant sex worker who has never needed to rely on anyone, not even to raise her son.
